The Loan Documentation Workshop is a three-day legal documentation course specifically designed for asset-based lenders. The goals are for participants to learn: How to become active partners with their legal representatives in structuring and documenting transactions; how to identify and respond to negotiating points commonly raised by the borrower's counsel; how to effectively supervise and evaluate the performance of their legal representatives.
