The 67th Annual Convention is a must for all professionals involved in asset-based lending, factoring, appraisals/auctions/liquidations, software development, commercial finance law, accounting, insurance, turnaround management, field examinations, search, filing and document retrieval.

Hotel Information New York Marriott Marquis is the official Convention hotel. Registrants are required to make their own hotel reservations. To receive the discounted Convention rate of $329 per night you must call (800) 266-9432 and mention CFA or visit https://resweb.passkey.com/go/commercialfs. The cut-off date for reservations at the discounted rate is Monday, October 24, 2011. There are only a limited number of rooms available at this rate so you are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible, the rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Exhibitor Registrations
With the purchase of an exhibit booth, you receive one complimentary registration and 2 registrations at 50% off. All exhibit booth staff must register for the Convention. For the exhibitor registration forms, please contact Jason Baum at (212) 792-9398 or by email.
Spouse/Companion Information Registration for spouse/companions is available for $495. It is not available online. You must fill out a print registration form or contact Rosa Gomez at (646) 839-6083 or rosa@cfa.com to register your spouse/companion. Registration includes all meals including two breakfasts, two lunches and four receptions. Please note: This offer does not apply to co-workers.

How do I contribute to the Silent Auction? If you are interested in contributing an auction item, please contact Alana Caserta.
For those that contribute, your name and contribution will be published on the CFA Convention website through the Convention. Additionally, you'll receive valuable exposure in the Silent Auction Guide to be placed in all attendees' tote bags at the Convention.
Bidding will take place in the Exhibit Hall at the New York Marriott Marquis.
Attire Business casual. Meeting rooms may be drafty, so we recommend bringing extra layers. The average temperature for November in New York is 54°F/41°F.
Conference Activity Policy If you would like to hold a reception or other event during the Convention, please keep in mind that these events cannot conflict with any scheduled Convention activity. Limited number of tickets available for each show. Tickets must be purchased by September 12, 2011. Please pick up your tickets when you pick up your badge at the on-site registration. If you wish to purchase more than 2 tickets, you must contact Rosa Gomez at rosa@cfa.com or (646) 839-6083.
Cancellations and Refunds All cancellations must be received in writing by Wednesday, October 12 and will be subject to a 20% administrative fee. Under no circumstances will refunds be made after Wednesday, October 12.
Registration List The deadline for being listed in the Official Directory of Registrants is 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, October 12. After this deadline CFA will maintain an Attendee List Addendum up to Monday, November 7, 2011. After this date, all registrations, changes, or replacements must be processed onsite at the CFA Registration Desk at the New York Marriott Marquis. Walk-ins and replacements are always welcome.
A list of all registered attendees will be emailed to all who are registered on or around Friday, October 14. The list is intended to enhance attendees networking opportunities and is not to be used for mailing purposes.
