Whether you are already an exhibitor or just exploring our exhibitor opportunities, this is your one stop for all the information you need.  Your sponsorship and/or exhibitor booth at CFA’s 67th Annual Convention allows you to reach over 1,000 key decision-makers in all facets of the asset-based financial services & factoring industries.

The Convention Exhibit Hall, consisting of 65 booths, will be in the Westside Ballroom at the New York Marriott Marquis.

Who should exhibit?  Exhibitor opportunities are open to companies looking for high-impact, high-visibility marketing options that will drive attendees to you.  Sponsors represent various business sectors including: bank/bank affiliated, large non-bank financial, entrepreneurial financial, appraiser/auctioneer/liquidator, software, attorney, accountant, insurance, turnaround management, field examination, search, filing, and document retrieval among others.

Exhibit Hall Hours:
Wednesday, November 16
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Exhibit Hall set-up
2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Exhibit Hall open during registration

Thursday, November 17
10:15 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Exhibit Hall open with 2 coffee breaks
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Wine & Cheese Reception in Exhibit Hall

Friday, November 18
9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – Exhibit Hall open with coffee break and prize drawings
11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Exhibit Hall tear-down

Important Exhibitor Information:

Exhibit Equipment:
The 8’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes the following:
- 1 complimentary Convention registration           - 1 identification sign
- 6-foot skirted table                                       - 2 chairs
- 1 wastebasket                                              - The exhibit hall is carpeted

Booth Assignments: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and according to your priority points.

Exhibitor Prizes:
Exhibitors have the opportunity to collect business cards for a drawing at their booth.  On Friday, November 18, 2011, CFA will hold a prize drawing to raffle off exhibitor items.

Exhibitor Registration:
With the purchase of your booth, you receive one complimentary Convention registration and two registrations at a 50% discount.  This registration fee includes admission to Exposition and to all Convention social and meal functions, seminars and programs.  Employee(s) must be listed under the same corporate name as that of the exhibitor.  NOTE: ALL EXHIBIT BOOTH STAFF MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTION.  Exhibit booth staff cannot man the exhibit booth without a paid full convention registration.  Individuals registered at the spouse fee cannot man the booth.

Exhibitor Setup & Tear Down:
Setup will begin on Wednesday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. YOUR BOOTH MUST BE COMPLETELY SET UP BY 2:00 P.M. IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE THE EXHIBIT HALL EXPERIENCE.  Under no condition can booths be disassembled before 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2011.

Exhibitor Logistics:
GES is the official decorator for the Convention. All arrangements for exhibit material handling, decorations, additional furniture, labor, signs, cleaning, electrical, etc. must be made at the exhibitor’s expense via GES.  GES
will send exhibitors an exhibitor kit with complete information and instructions regarding displays, shipments, setup and dismantling as well as additional services they offer.  GES will have a desk set up in the Exhibit area & a representative will be available each day to answer any of your questions.

Note: Booth assignments are made based on your previous points and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

In order to reserve your booth, you must submit your contract & payment by September 23, 2011. 
In order to be included in the Convention Brochure, you must submit contract and payment by June 3, 2011.  In order to be included with the Exhibitor Guide that will be distributed with the October issue of The Secured Lender, you must submit form and payment by August 10, 2011.
