Leadership, Accountability & Winning
The Relentless Search for Better Ways

Speaker: Jim Bearden, CSP - Leadership Speaker, Sales Trainer, Personal Accountability Leader & Strategic Planner

9:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Dynamic organizational leadership is always important. It is most important—and most difficult—when the external factors impacting organizational success are changing.

During these times of change, e.g., economic uncertainty, regulatory mania and media “feeding frenzies”, many financial institutions are just hoping to survive. Others are looking for ways to win. A key difference between these two organizational approaches to adversity is the quality of their leadership.

As a former Marine rifle company commander, Jim Bearden understands the impact adversity can have on morale and performance. In the ultimate military “classroom”, combat, Jim learned first-hand how leadership behavior either compounds or mitigates that impact.

In this powerful presentation, and with his post-event follow-up process, Jim will provide senior leaders with specific guidelines for:

  • Modeling accountability as a compelling alternative to victimhood
  • Creating change-friendly cultures, ones that reinforce & support behavior essential to organizational success
  • Facilitating continuous process improvement, The Relentless Search for Better Ways

This session will give you specific suggestions for translating leadership theories into leadership behavior.
